Why we make these
We started Forever Paw after losing a dog called Tucker. His photos were everywhere and somehow that made it worse — endless, weightless, easy to scroll past.
What helped was something small and solid. Something you could close your hand around in the middle of a bad afternoon and not have to explain to anyone.

Each pendant is engraved to order, so we can’t take it back if you simply change your mind — but if it turns up damaged, faulty, engraved wrong on our side, or never arrives, email us and we’ll put it right. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply.
Questions
Anything where you can clearly see their face and eyes. Daylight helps. It doesn’t need to be professional — most of our best engravings come from ordinary phone photos. If yours won’t work, we’ll email you before charging anything further.
Yes, and most of our orders are exactly that. Old, faded, low-resolution and scanned photos are all fine — our artists redraw the face by hand rather than relying on the file quality.
Allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. Each pendant is engraved to order and shipped from our production partner, so it takes longer than an off-the-shelf item. If you need it for a particular date, order with plenty of time — we can’t offer rush delivery.
A stainless steel pendant with a gold-tone, silver-tone or rose-tone finish, on a matching chain. Take it off before showering, swimming or sleeping — plating wears over time and that keeps it looking new for longer.
Get in touch as soon as you can. If engraving hasn’t started we can usually cancel it or swap your photo. Once it’s in production we can’t — because it’s personalised, it can’t be resold to anyone else.
Personalised items are exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind right, so we can’t refund simply because you’d prefer something different. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, that’s a different matter — email us and we’ll sort it out.
